Project Burma Hospital – Construction
Health is a human right. In a remote area, on the Bay of Bengal, in Magyizin, a hospital with a total of 20 beds is being built.
Three hours by motorbike from the nearest hospital, a 16-bed hospital with a small operating theater, a delivery room, various treatment rooms and a separate additional building with four beds and separately accessible toilets and showers for patients with contagious diseases is being built here in Magyizin, on the Bay of Bengal.
The construction of this hospital should give the people there faster access to medical care.
So that they no longer have to die from injuries and illnesses, or during childbirth, because help is too far away. The plans for this were again drawn up by Hellmut and Julia Raff, who had already planned the university in Thazin.
